An interpretation of H. Blades 1973 Patent on Dry/Wet spinning of para-aramid fibres. This laboratory benchtop system homogenizes Kevlar polymer and extrudes Kevlar nano-fibres. It enables small scale production of fibres for mechanical testing of new synthetic chemistries.

Designed for safe handling and processing of oleum solvent based polymers. A precision drive system with fully automated control system, including web-based GUI provides excellent process control of variables.
